(MINUTE ORDER #60-83) <br />Building permit issued to Tom Cunningham covering 5 unit apartment building on the corner of Hemlock and Madrone 04 <br />Streets was the subject of next discussion. City Manager Neal stated he was ready to meet with the protest- .0wo <br />ants living in the neighborhood to explain the granting of the building permit.
