Councilman Rosselli moved adoption of RESOLUTION N0. 3079 TRANSFERRING THE SIMI OF $4.,100 FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT SALARY ACCOUNT TO ELECTION EXPENSE ACCOUNT, CITY ATTORNEY SUPPLIES AND SERVICES ACCOUNT AND ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT MOTOR VEHICLE ACCOUNT; AND TRANSFERRING THE SUM -OF $500 FROM THE PLANNING DEPART- MENT CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT SALARY.ACCOUNT , seconded by Councilman Rayer and carried unanimously on roll call. E. T. HAAS requests a 60 day extension of time on the Bayshore Industrial District Improvement job. Council- man Herkner moved to grant the 60 day extension of time (MINUTE ORDER #60-121), seconded by Councilman Stehle and carried. PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION requests that the Council authorize a contribution in the amount of $20000 to assist in the financing of the expenses which are necessary in holding a 4th of July Celebration. Councilman Rosselli moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 3080 AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE PERMT FOR CATER- ING SERVICES, HAWES PARK, REDWOOD CITY (Flailing Catering Service), seconded by Councilman Herkner and car- ried unanimously on roll call. Councilman Royer moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 3081 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS, PARKING MSTRICT NO. 1, PARKING LOT NO. VI - PARCEL C.l, seconded by Councilman Rosselli. Councilman Fields asked that the records show that Mr. Brpphy submitted a feasibility report showing that the Parking Lot improvement w ould pay for itself and that said report was shorn to Mr. Wilson who con- curred in Mr. Brophy's opinion (Wilson's concurrence to be in writing). Councilman Rosselli moved adoption of RESOLUTION N0. 3083 ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF VICE MAYOR AND DESIGNATING THE TERM, PCffE&S AND DUTIES THEREOF, seconded by Councilman Fields and carried unanimously on roll call.
