<br />May 31, 1960s 7:30 p. m.
<br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Ron W. Fields, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner,
<br />John Rosselli, William H. Royer., Harold C. Stehle, Mayor Ray A. Weymouth and City Clerk Helen C. Moore.
<br />Also noted present were City Manager J. E. Neal, Assistant to the City Manager Bert Balmer and Assessor -
<br />Auditor John J. Brophy.
<br />Communication from Jack P. Ennis, 2602 Hastings Avenue, Redwood City, regarding dates for filing Veterants
<br />exemption claim in the Assessor's office, was read. City Manager will reply to Mr. Ennis.
<br />BUDGET STUDY continued with all additions, deletions and changes being recorded in the final budget which will
<br />be offered for adoption on June 20th•
<br />Councilman Fields moved adjournment to Thursday, June 2, 1960s at 7:30 P. m. in the Veteran's Memorial Building,
<br />seconded by Councilman Stehle and carried.

<br />ON ROLL CALL THE following were noted present: Councilmen Ron W. Fields, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner,
<br />John S. Rosselli, William Ho oyer, Harold C. Stehle, Mayor Ray A. Weymouth and City Clerk Helen C. Moore.
<br />Also present were City Manager James E. Neal, Assistant to the City Manager Bert Balmer, Assessor -Auditor
<br />John J. Brophy and Frank Brinkman, Manager of Chamber of Commerce.
<br />CHAMBER OF COMMERCE report on their activities in Industrial and Commercial promotion was submitted by Mr. Frank
<br />Brinkman, Manager of the Chamber of Commerce, in support of the appropriation requested by the Chamber in
<br />the 1960-61 budget.
<br />DIVISION OF SMALL CRAFT HARBORS communication was read, advising the City that all papers pursuant to the Redwood
<br />City marine harbor project loan are in process and warrant should be issued in the not too distant future.
<br />CITY OF SAN CARLOS, letter inviting the Council to attend the dedication of its main park on Saturday, June lith,
<br />was read.
<br />BUDGET STUDY continued, with all changes being noted for the final budget.
<br />Councilman Royer left the meeting at 9:15 p. m.
<br />Councilman Fields moved adjournment, seconded by Councilman Rosselli, arra carried. Meeting adjourned, 10:25
