The work has been completed, <br />Church of the Nazarene expressed their appreciation to Mr. Neal for the thoughtful and courteous manner in <br />which he personally handled their problems in the recent condemnation proceedings. <br />CAIR opposing reapportionment of Senators. Councilman Royer moved adoption of RESOLUTION N0. 3101 RELATIVE <br />TO REAPPORTIONMENT OF THE STATE SENATORS, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried unanimously on roll <br />call. <br />Association of Bay Area Governments, Councilman Fields asked that the information be sent out to the Council. <br />Councilman Fields moved to c-)ntinue this matter for one week (June 13th), seconded by Councilman Herkner and <br />carried. <br />Councilman Granger suggested that the proper authorities investigate the conditions of Hopkins Avenue in the <br />vicinity of the railroad tracks and Arguello Street. He asked that the area be posted stating that Hop- <br />kins Avenue is a City street and the people are encroaching on the street. <br />Claims 32861 through 33031, totaling $133,9433.76, were ordered paid on motion of Councilman Royer, seconded by <br />Councilman Rosselli and carried. <br />Councilman Fields moved to adjourn the meeting to Wednesday, June 8th, at 8:00 po me in the Confern$nce Room, <br />Veterans Memoriatl Building, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried.
