Establish a relationship with the elementary school district." <br /> (Memo 5/14/79) <br /> �.w� PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATION <br /> City Manager Fales advised that if Council decides to add an <br /> �,,,, administrative assistant to the Department of Public Works, it <br /> should appear in the above category. <br /> ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT PR06RAMS pp. 65-73 <br /> OTHER AflMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> Administrative Support - In response to question regarding <br /> cost of inembership in the MidPeninsula Study Group, Mayor <br /> Barrett advised the amount is about $150 per year for the one <br /> breakfast the City must provide, <br /> Councilman Leipzig urged all Council members to attend the <br /> monthly meetings of the San Mateo County Council of Mayors <br /> and to participate for the benefit of the comnunity. <br /> Discussion followed concerning the relative merits of inember- <br /> ship in the National League of Cities and the U. S. Congress <br /> of Mayors to which the City no longer belongs. <br /> City Manager Fales noted that the League of California Cities <br /> has opened a Washington, D.
