Mr. Shank stated that Redwood Shores <br /> residents would prefer the inconvenience of construction "'"'' <br /> � work taking place during the rainy season to waiting <br /> until later for commencement of the project. Mr. Shank <br /> advised that the Association has prepared warning <br /> � stickers for drains to remind residents that the con- <br /> dition of Neptune Beach will be adversely affected by <br /> , certain debris. (Stickers were distributed later) <br /> Ron MacQuarrie, 558 Keelson Circle, urged that the <br /> ; s orm ra n pro�ect be commenced now and suggested the <br /> , rainy season would not greatly affect construction of <br /> a water project. <br /> Discussion followed concerning the serious problems <br /> foreseen by Mr. Pusich if the project is commenced now; <br /> ° the desires of the affected homeowners; the problems <br /> which might be anticipated elsewhere in Redwood City <br /> ' if some residents are to be consulted with regard to <br /> engineering decisions which affect the entire community; <br /> and the difficulties to be surmounted if the pro�ect is <br /> to commence ahead of schedule. <br /> ; In response to question, Mr. Pusich stated that he ""`� <br /> wishes to avoid creating new problems with short term <br /> ; solutions, that he would like more contact with the �. <br /> people involved, and tha,t he must have a delivery <br /> schedule of the needed materials before proceeding. <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Norris in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Henderson, its adoption : <br /> .
