In response to question, City Attorney Schricker ad- ��ised tha.t if property outside the City is to be acquired through eminent domain, the City does not have the pr�sump�i�n that the : public need a.nd conveni�nce requires it, and a dual trial situ- ; ation might result. 1�lr.
