360 Ballots were taken for two additional terms expiring in June , following which Councilman Weymouth moved to cast unanimous ballots for appointment of Joseph Aknin and Elise Johnson for terms to June , 1976 on the Planning Commission , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER #73- 58-B ) Councilman Henderson moved to appoint Joseph Aknin to fill the existing vacancy on the Planning Commission for term expiring June 1973 , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER #73- 58-C ) CONSENT CALENDAR : ( a ) Adoption of ORDINANCE NO . 1563 ADDING SECTION 2 . 41 . 2 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ESTABLISHING A FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND ; AND, APPROPRIATING $2 , 645 FROM SAID FUND TO PROVIDE FOR PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR " PROBE" COMMUNITY PROGRAM . Ordinance was introduced at Council Meeting of April 16 , 1973 , and affidavit of publication was on file . ( b ) DAMAGE CLAIMS : ( 1 ) Michael C . Peterson , 179 Hillview Avenue , for personal injuries and property damage allegedly due to catching bicycle wheel in storm drain grate ; ( 2 ) John Milwitt , 29 Clinton Street , for reimbursement of costs to recover auto towed away under City Code Secs . 20 . 92 and 20 . 95 , which claimant alleges he was not in violation . ( Council action will deny claims and refer to insurance carrier . ) ( MINUTE ORDER #73- 59-A and MINUTE ORDER #73- 59-B ) ( c ) ACCOUNTS PAYABLE , Nos . 95976 to 96112 , inclusive , totaling $143 , 237 . 26 ( Council action would approve accounts for payment by City . ) ( d ) PAYMENT OF WARRANTS , April 30 to May 5 , 1973 .
