At request of <br /> Vice -Mayor Henderson , Planning Director reviewed the circumstances under <br /> which " bonus " units are authorized for Planned Developments , although in the <br /> matter before Council , he advised that " bonus " units were not requested . <br /> Motion carried on roll call vote , iayor Keckley being noted absent . <br /> Preliminary ANNUAL BUDGET , Fiscal Year 1973-- 1974 . Vice -Mayor Henderson noted <br /> that Council would meet in budget study session on Saturday , May 12 , 1973 , <br /> at 8 : 00 a . m . , and continuing until completion of the budget . She urged that <br /> Council members review the budget in advance . <br /> City Manager advised that copies would be provided on Tuesday to boards and <br /> commissions that had not had the opportunity to see it ; other copies will be <br /> mailed out to interested groups , and would be available to the public for <br /> reference in the Main Library and. Schaberg Branch Library . <br /> Councilman Norris moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6901 SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1 , 1973 - JUNE 30 , <br /> 1974 ; ORDERING PUBLIC NOTICE BE GIVEN OF SAID HEARING AND OF THE FACT THAT <br /> COPIES OF SAID PROPOSED BUDGET ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION IN THE <br /> OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK , ( sets public hearing for June 18 , 1973 ) , seconded <br /> by Councilman Williams and carried on roll call vote , Mayor. Keckley being <br /> noted absent . <br /> Stulsaft Park Master Plan . City Manager noted that as outlined in the report <br /> to Council , funds had been assigned in the current Capital Improvements <br /> Budget for the development of Stulsaft Park ; that Council had recently <br /> approved the scope of work and authorized the solicitation of proposals for <br /> consultant services . This had been done and proposals evaluated by the <br /> Park and Recreation Commission and by staff , and selection made of Theodore <br /> Osmundson and Associates to do the work , within the confines of the alloca- <br /> tion . It was anticipated the plan would be completed by the end of summer , <br /> and actual construction to begin next year . <br /> Councilman Williams moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6902 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH THE PREPARATION OF A MASTER PLAN FOR STULSAFT PARK , seconded by Council- <br /> man Leipzig and carried on roll call vote , Mayor Keckley being noted absent . <br /> REPORT OF BID OPENINGS : <br /> ( a ) Dump Trucks ( three 2- ton ; one 1-ton ) . Staff report indicated that the <br /> only bid received was from Prindle International , Inc . , in the amount of <br /> $ 24 , 197 . 25 for all four trucks . The three 2- ton trucks were replacements , <br /> and funds were available in Equipment Replacement Funds . The 1-- ton truck <br /> 5/7/73 <br /> Reg . Mtg . <br />
