In this budget it was not necessary to rely on estimates , with exception of management and Fire Department personnel . Councilman Henderson indicated concern with the present equipment , particularly in two respects : That on occasion , paper had gone into the machine , and burned up ; and also that in some cases documents had gone through the printing process and pages were found to be missing .
