409 Councilman Henderson moved to reappoint Councilman Leipzig to represent the City of Redwood City on the Economic Opportunity Commission, seconded by Councilman Norris and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER NO , 73-72 ) 6 . Peninsula Water Agency meeting scheduled for June 14, 1973 , regarding appropriation of funds necessary for continuing studies . This meeting will be covered by staff . Councilman Weymouth moved to accept COMMUNICATIONS and authorize implementation as directed , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried . Councilman Leipzig nominated Mr . Lee Greenfield , Architect , as candidate for the Architectural Review Committee . Councilman Henderson advised that Mr . Davis had confirmed that he would be unable to be considered for reappointment to the Architectural Review Committee . It was noted that the next regular meeting would be on June 4, 1973 . Hambley and Mrs . Grimes , who presented their Flag Ceremony and led the Pledge of Allegiance , followed by singing of the National Anthem . Invocation was led by Rabbi Herbert D . Teitelbaum, Temple Beth Jacob . ON ROLL CALL, the following were noted present : Councilmen Mary W . Henderson , Marguerite Leipzig, Robert E . Norris , William C . Rhodes , Ray A .
