417 <br /> City Manager noted that the dental portion would be a Phase II in the next two <br /> years as we did have an obligation to move ahead with improvement of the <br /> present plan . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6922 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO HEALTH AND WELFARE <br /> INSURANCE BENEFITS , seconded by Councilman Williams and carried on roll call <br /> vote . <br /> Nominations to the Fair Oaks Community Center Advisory Board . In accordance with <br /> the Operational Guidelines , four members of the Board are to be appointed by <br /> Council . <br /> The following individuals were nominated for appointment to the Fair Oaks <br /> Community Center Advisory Board : <br /> William Floyd <br /> Beatrice Ontiveros <br /> Miguel Maldonado <br /> Jim Mestas <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to appoint the four nominees to the Fair Oaks <br /> Community Center Advisory Board , seconded by Councilman Leipzig and carried . <br /> ( MINUTE ORDER #73-74 ) <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR : <br /> ( a ) Damage Claim, Mrs . ( Council action will deny claim and refer to insurance <br /> carrier . ) <br /> ( MINUTE ORDER #73-75 ) <br /> (b ) ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, Nos . 96552 to 96801 , inclusive , totaling $132 , 114 . 29 . <br /> ( Council action will approve accounts for payment by City . ) <br /> ( c ) There were no requests by Council to attend special meetings . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to approve CONSENT CALENDAR ( a ) and ( b ) , seconded by <br /> Councilman Rhodes and carried . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> ( a ) Written a Copies were submitted to Council . <br /> 1 .
