4138 <br /> Councilman Henderson noted that there was to be a Legislative Committee <br /> meeting on Tuesday morning . <br /> Mayor Keckley announced that he and the City Manager would be leaving <br /> on Saturday for Low Mountain Navajo Indian Reservation , in Arizona . <br /> Councilman Norris moved to approve CONSENT CALENDAR , Items ( a ) through <br /> ( g ) , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried on roll call vote . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> ( a ) Written - Copies were submitted to Council. <br /> 1 . Petition signed by some forty " Taxpayers on East <br /> Oakwood Blvd . " , concerning an alleged violation of <br /> the Zoning Ordinance by conduct of a business in a <br /> residential area . <br /> Councilman Williams felt this was a legitimate complaint <br /> and that something should be done about it . City Manager <br /> advised that action had been initiated through the Planning <br /> Department and City Attorney . City Attorney indicated the <br /> defending parties had been cited , and the problem would be <br /> resolved administratively , if possible , since they had <br /> received assurance of improvement immediately . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to adjourn at 9 : 45 p .m . to Executive Session <br /> for discussion relating to personnel matters , seconded by Councilman <br /> Weymouth and carried . ( City Clerk was excused from the meeting ) . <br /> Regular Meeting reconvened at 10 : 20 p . m . , and was thereafter , on motion <br /> of Councilman Rhodes , adjourned to an Adjourned Regular Meeting , <br /> June 19 , 1973 , 7 : 00 p . m . , Community Activities Building , for joint <br /> meeting with Planning Commission , seconded by Councilman Norris and <br /> carried .
