Redwood City relating to scope <br /> of Chapter , non -discrimination in employment , increases within <br /> salary ranges , and authority to adjust salaries , respectively . <br /> ( c ) Introduction of Ordinance establishing salaries for certain <br /> designated employees of. the City of Redwood City ; repealing <br /> Sections 11 , l2 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 and 17 of Ordinance No , 1519 . <br /> On introduction of this Ordinance , Mayor <br /> Keckley confirmed , acknowledging City <br /> Attorney ' s comments , that in connection <br /> with the introduction of the Ordinance , <br /> Council authorized an increase in salaries <br /> in the amount of 5 . 5% above present salaries <br /> for the positions listed with the option <br /> granted to each such employee to accept the <br /> 1/22/73 <br />
