327 Vice-Mayor Henderson asked that Staff prepare an updated list of Commission and Board vacancies . Councilman Leipzig noted that Wednesday ( March 28th ) was Youth in Government Day, and felt it should be brought to the attention of the community, since it was an important day . Vice-Mayor Henderson advised that Mayor Keckley had written a letter to each member of Commissions and Boards , inviting them to meet with Council on Saturday, May 5 , 1973 , and which meetings will be open to the public . City Manager briefly reviewed his report to Council , which included an analysis by the City Attorney, along with a draft of the resolution before Council . In February, 1973 , Council had adopted Resolution No . 6865 which 4/2/73 Reg . Mtg .
