337 APPOINTMENTS : ( a) Planning Commission - One vacancy for term expiring June 1975 . Ballots were cast , following which Mayor Keckley announced the appointment of Richard E . Arnold to the Planning Commission for term expiring in June 1975 . ( MINUTE ORDER #73-47 ) (b ) Park and Recreation Commission - Councilman Henderson moved to cast a unanimous ballot for reappointment of William Warren to the Park and Recreation Commission for term expiring in June 1977 , seconded by Councilman Williams and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #73-48 ) CONSENT CALENDAR : ( a ) Acceptance of Project , PVC Gymnasium Floor - Recreation Center . Work had been completed by the contractor , Stuart Floor Co . , to the satisfaction of Staff, and acceptance was recommended . ( Council action would accept project , subject to the usual ones year guarantee of workmanship and materials , and authorize recordation of Notice of Acceptance . ) (MINUTE ORDER #73-46 ) ( b ) ACCOUNTS PAYABLE , Nos . 95585 to 95715, inclusive , totaling $157 , 953 . 32 . ( Council action would approve accounts for payment by City . ) Councilman Henderson reminded Council of the meeting by Council with Assemblyman Arnett at the Copper Shield on Saturday, April 7th . ( c ) Councilman Norris asked to go on record as planning to attend the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Seminar in Santa Rosa, and Councilmen/ Leipzig , and Rhodes indicated they also expect to attend . Councilman Henderson moved to approve CONSENT CALENDAR , Items ( a ) , ( b ) and ( c ) , seconded by Councilman Williams and carried . COMMUNICATIONS : ( a ) Written -- Copies submitted to Council : 1 . Local Agency Formation Commission regarding subsidization costs to property owners of Redwood City if Pillar Point Harbor Project of the San Mateo County Harbor District is approved .
