MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. In response to Councilman Claire's question regarding water rates in Redwood <br /> City mobile home parks, General Services Utilities Superintendent Taylor <br /> explained that the calculations were in progress and the results would be <br /> included in the water and sewer report to Council. City Manager Everett <br /> advised that a study session on water and sewer rate structures was <br /> scheduled for August 2nd and introduction of the ordinance was scheduled for <br /> August 30th. <br /> B. Councilwoman Gasparini announced that the Pride and Beautification Committee <br /> is sponsoring a Bay Trails clean-up (area behind the Century 12 Cinema) on <br /> August 8, 1993, from Noon to 2:00 P.M. and invited everyone to take part in <br /> the clean-up and enjoy a barbecue afterwards. <br /> C. Councilwoman La Berge described the great dining and entertainment she and <br /> guests enjoyed downtown on Friday night, and the wonderful gala at the Fox <br /> Theatre on Saturday night. Councilwoman La Berge invited everyone to spend <br /> time downtown and be certain to see West Side Story now at the Fox. <br /> D. Councilwoman Steinfeld distributed information regarding the Fox Theatre, <br /> and advised that she would abstain from participation and voting on <br /> Items 8.A. through 8.C. <br /> E.
