r " 466 Mr . Ben Hatfield , 1025 Jones Court , requested to speak to Council regarding Laurel Way . In his presentation he brought forward a map for Council ' s information showing location of his lot and its location from the sewer line . He was appealing now to Council for a temporary hookup to the sewer line on Laurel Way . City Manager offered Mr . Hatfield some alternatives for developing his property other than forming an assessment district such as the one that recently failed in the area due to majority protest of property owners , After some discussion , it was suggested by Vice-Mayor Keckley that Mr . Hatfield make an appointment with the City Manager for further discussion of possible alternative solutions to permit use of his property . (Memo 4-4 -72 ) Councilman Henderson moved to adjourn the meeting at 8 : 15 P . M . to Executive Session , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried , Regular Meeting reconvened at 8 : 25 P . M . and on motion of Councilman Petersen , seconded by Councilman Henderson , and carried . meeting was adjourned , Meeting adjourned at 8 : 27 P . M .
