In his presentation he brought <br /> forward a map for Council ' s information showing location of <br /> his lot and its location from the sewer line . He was <br /> appealing now to Council for a temporary hookup to the <br /> sewer line on Laurel Way . <br /> City Manager offered Mr . Hatfield some alternatives for developing his <br /> property other than forming an assessment district such as the one <br /> that recently failed in the area due to majority protest of property <br /> owners , <br /> After some discussion , it was suggested by Vice-Mayor Keckley that <br /> Mr . Hatfield make an appointment with the City Manager for further <br /> discussion of possible alternative solutions to permit use of his <br /> property . (Memo 4-4 -72 ) <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to adjourn the meeting at 8 : 15 P . M . to Executive Session , <br /> seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried , <br /> Regular Meeting reconvened at 8 : 25 P . M . and on motion of Councilman Petersen , <br /> seconded by Councilman Henderson , and carried . meeting was adjourned , <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8 : 27 P .
