y /V <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to accept COMMUNICATIONS and authorize implementation. <br /> as directed by Council , seconded by Councilman Williams and carried . <br /> (MINUTE ORDER #72 -93 ) <br /> (b ) Oral - <br /> Leonard Herzstein , 2718 Ohio Avenue , felt that <br /> Council must listen to this kind of request <br /> relating to war protests . He felt that ending <br /> the war would alleviate the tax burden . <br /> Mayor Keckley reminded Council of the Budget Session set for 8 : 00 A . M . <br /> Saturday , May 13 , 1972 , at Community Activities Building , which will <br /> continue until completion of the budget . He also noted the budget <br /> orientation meeting which had been rescheduled to Tuesday , May 9th , at <br /> 4 : oo P . M . in City Manager ' s Office , <br /> Mayor Keckley noted that Council committee assignments for the year had <br /> been made and the list provided to Council , <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to adjourn the meeting , seconded by Councilman Williams <br /> and carried , Meeting adjourned at 8 : 30 P .
