Motion carried on roll call vote , <br /> Councilman Petersen being noted absent . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to introduce Ordinance amending Sections 10 and 11 <br /> of Ordinance No , 1519 , the Salary Ordinance , relating to positions of <br /> Assistant City Attorney , Deputy City Attorney , and Acting Recreation <br /> Director , seconded by Councilman Williams . Report was submitted to <br /> Council recommending establishment of salary maximums for positions of <br /> Deputy City Attorney , Assistant City Attorney , and Acting Director of <br /> Recreation . Motion carried . <br /> Report and recommendations of the Housing Concerns Committee regarding proposed <br /> Housing Element of the San Mateo County General Plan . <br /> Written report of the Housing Concerns Committee submitted to Council <br /> listed a number of recommended changes in the draft of the proposed <br /> Housing Element . Councilman Keckley , Chairman of the Housing Concerns <br /> Committee , deferred to Councilman Henderson , who served as Chairman in <br /> his absence . Councilman Henderson advised that each item was voted on <br /> separately , and the vote in each case was unanimous . Councilman Keckley <br /> added that he had reviewed the recommendations of the Committee and <br /> concurred in their decision . <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to advise the Regional Planning Committee of Council ' s <br /> support of the Housing Concerns Committee recommendations , seconded by <br /> Councilman Williams and carried .
