Notification can then be given to <br /> EOC , ABAG and Convention and Visitors Bureau , and others . (Memo 5-23 -72 ) <br /> 5 , Resignation of. Dorothea L . Terrill as a Member of the Park and Recre - <br /> ation Commission by July 1st . <br /> Councilman Williams moved to accept with sincere regrets the resig- <br /> nation of Mrs . Terrill as a member of Park and Recreation Commission , <br /> effective July 1st , seconded by Councilman Norris , Councilman Williams <br /> spoke highly of Mrs . Terrill and expressed the hope that upon their <br /> return to Redwood City , she would resume her participation in civic <br /> matters , Councilman Weymouth , Chairman of the Ordinance Review <br /> Committee , acknowledged the hope expressed by Vice -Mayor Henderson <br /> that the Heritage Tree Ordinance might be reviewed while Mrs . Terrill <br /> is still on the Commission , Motion carried , (MINUTE ORDER #72 -110) <br /> Vice -Mayor Henderson noted an additional communication , report from City Manager <br /> concerning rescheduling of the Capital Improvement Budget Study Session <br /> from June 10 , 1972 to June 17 , 1972 , and in response to her inquiry , there <br /> appeared to be no objection to that date . <br /> It was noted resumes for additional nominations to commission vacancies had <br /> been submitted , as follows : <br /> Councilman Weymouth offered into nomination the name of Andrew <br /> Bacigalupi for vacancy on the Planning Commission ; <br /> Councilman Norris offered names of John G . Murphy for vacancy <br /> on the Planning Commission , and Diane J . Pound for vacancy on <br /> Park and Recreation Commission ; <br /> Vice -Mayor Henderson offered into nomination the name of <br /> Patti Bury for vacancy on the Civic Cultural Commission . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adjourn the meeting , seconded by Councilman <br /> Rhodes and carried .
