M . <br /> Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Leipzig . <br /> Invocation was led by Reverend Edwin Halcrow , First Baptist Church . <br /> ON ROLL CALL , the following were noted present : Councilmen Mary W . Henderson , <br /> Marguerite Leipzig , Robert E . Norris , William C . Rhodes , Ray A . Weymouth , <br /> James S . Williams , Mayor Paul C . Keckley and City Clerk Marian McCrindle . <br /> Also noted present were City Manager James M . Fales , Jr . , Assistant <br /> City Manager James M . Smith , City Attorney , David E . Schricker , Police <br /> Chief John McDonald , Planning Director Ken Schroeter , Building Official <br /> Charles Gyselbrecht , Acting Deputy of Public Works , Engineering Services <br /> Fred Sennewald , and Steno- Clerk , Anna Hampton . <br /> The following Government Affairs Program students were noted present on roll <br /> call : Julie Gaddini , Patti Bury , John Goodrich , Ed Velasquez , Mike <br /> Borissenko , Mike Hite and Brock Riddle , <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to approve , as submitted , Minutes of Regular <br /> Meeting of May 22 , 1972 , seconded by Councilman Leipzig and carried . <br /> PUBLIC HEARING on the statement of expenses for razing and removing structure <br /> at 519 Roosevelt Avenue , was declared open . Affidavit of mailing and <br /> posting reported on file . <br /> Building Official submitted an itemized <br /> statement of the expenses incurred in <br /> removing condemned structure - <br /> Demolition and removal $ 685 , 00 <br /> Title Report 17 . 00 <br /> $ 702 . 00 <br /> There being no communications from owners , nor oral communications to <br /> the Council , public hearing was pronounced closed on motion of Council- <br /> man Williams and seconded by Councilman Leipzig and carried . <br /> Councilman Williams moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6732 CONFIRMING STATEMENT <br /> OF ABATEMENT EXPENSES AND ORDERING COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL , seconded by <br /> Councilman Leipzig and carried on roll call vote . <br /> Councilman Norris moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6733 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS , DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br /> WORKS ) , FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND EVALUATION OF "TOPICS " <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT , seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried on roll <br /> call vote . <br /> State Department of Public Works requested City to incorporate <br /> a Program Supplement No . 1 in the existing Master Agreement <br /> with the State setting forth the specific work to be done <br /> and cost estimates for this first phase constituting Farm <br /> 6- 5 --72 <br />
