63 <br /> Councilman Uorris , as member of Ordinance Review Committee , indicated his <br /> responsiveness to the desires expressed for granting this request , but <br /> felt justification not in keeping with our community and such restriction <br /> did have to be reflected in our ordinances . In discussing a possible <br /> selective enforcement of regulation in this instance , it was noted other <br /> regulations might be stated to be in same category , such as speed limits , <br /> but capability is present in order to protect by enforcement laws for <br /> majority from actions by a few . <br /> Leonard Herzstein. , 2718 Ohio , asked whether pet stores in <br /> the City were allowed to sell rabbits along with other <br /> animals which were permitted to be kept in the City , as <br /> felt it to be incongruous if this were true . <br /> . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to accept report and recommendation of the <br /> Ordinance Review Committee , and that 4-H Club be advised of the recom - <br /> mendation , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried , Muncilman Rhodes <br /> voting no , (MINUTE ORDER #72 -116) <br /> APPOINTMENTS TO COMMISSIONS , COMMITTEES and/or BOARDS . <br /> ( a ) Architectural Committee (Term 4 yrs ) . C aincilman Henderson moved <br /> to cast a unanimous ballot for appointment of Joseph Amin as a Member <br /> of this Committee for a term expiring June 1976 , seconded by Councilman <br /> Rhodes and carried . <br /> (b ) Board of. Building Review (Term 4 yrs ) . Councilman Weymouth noted <br /> only one nomination had been submitted for this board with three vacan- <br /> cies involved and since this particular. Board , more of a technical <br /> committee with no regular meeting dates , meetings being held only upon <br /> request to get professional technical interpretations in disputes with <br /> contractors and rectify misunderstandings on regulations , moved to <br /> renominate the three Board members whose terms were expiring , Robert F . <br /> Cunningham, Henry Tarratt , and Michael Douglas . Mayor Keckley reminded <br /> of the Council ' s policy limiting members to two terms , but in this <br /> instance because of the technical nature of this particular Board he <br /> would ask that Council indicate by motion their approval of waiving <br /> this restriction in this instance and consider reinstating these three <br /> members only . Motion seconded :Dy Councilman Williams , if consideration <br /> be given to the nominee in this instance also . Councilman Leipzig ack - <br /> nowledged tribute being paid to the incumbents of this Board , but also <br /> felt philosophy of the past policy of Council indicated purpose of <br /> involving as many of the community as possible in these service capa - <br /> cities and didn ' t feel these were the only three possible to qualify . <br /> Motion carried , Councilmen Henderson and Leipzig noting no . <br /> 6 -12 -72 <br />
