Pound and Joanne %leintraub , which could be considered as replacement of two of the three vacancies on this Commission , if approved by Council. . Councilman Norris moved aunanimous allot be cast for appointment of Diana J . Pound and Joanne Weintraub as members of the Park and Recrea- tion Commission , seconded by Councilman Henderson . Councilman Henderson felt motion implied support of the policy of two women be maintained on this Commission but pointed out the various expiration of terms with suggestion that straws be drawn to determine terms for each .
