James and Kathleen Geiger , 131 Jackson St . , Redwood City , <br /> for personal appearance , along with members of the <br /> Housing Group and others , to make a presentation re a <br /> relocation program for low income families . <br /> Mayor Keckley announced this communication would not <br /> be heard at this time on recommendation of City Attorney <br /> in interest of all since a pending litigation is <br /> involved . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to accept City Attorney ' s recommendation and <br /> withold discussion on this subject until pending litigation is resolved , <br /> seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried , <br /> Councilman Henderson noted proposed scheduling for expiring terms on. <br /> the Port Cormission for close of nominations on July 3 and stated her <br /> nomination for Gerald O . Johnson for one of the terms for. consideration . <br /> She questioned scheduling since close of nominations proposed for July 3 <br /> and possibility that Council might wish to cancel this meeting in view <br /> of the annual July 4th holiday celebration held in the City and <br /> involvement of the Council . After further discussion , Councilman <br /> Weymouth moved to cancel the meeting of July 3 , 1972 , seconded by <br /> Councilman Henderson and carried .
