He stated he would send <br /> Council a written reply . <br /> Mayor Keckley urged Mr . McFadden to discuss the report with the <br /> Homeowners and to prepare written comments for submittal to Council <br /> at a later time , He advised that Council would be taking no action <br /> at this meeting other than to accept the report . <br /> Mr . McFadden noted that many residents of <br /> Redwood Shores were present , and requested <br /> time to review the Manager ' s report . He <br /> then proceeded with his rebuttal to <br /> various points in the report . He assured <br /> Council that a written reply would be <br /> forthcoming . <br /> Councilman Norris advised that he had prepared a report on the <br /> subject of GID 1 -64 , copies of which were then distributed to <br /> Council . Councilman Henderson indicated that her second to the <br /> motion was based on her seeing this as simply asking Staff to do <br /> what Staff is already doing . Motion carried . (M, O . 72 - 133 ) <br /> Councilman Weymouth pointed out that normally matters of this type <br /> are directed to Council prior to coming to the meeting . He also <br /> noted that in comments by Mr .
