Rhodes , Ray A . <br /> Weymouth , James S . Williams , Mayor Paul C . Keckley , and City <br /> Clerk Marian McCrindle . Councilman Robert E . Norris was <br /> noted absent , Also noted present were City Attorney David E . <br /> Schricker , City Controller Jack Ference , and Deputy City Clerk <br /> Frances I . Reggetts . <br /> PUBLIC HEARING was declared open , and affidavit of publication of <br /> date and time of meeting to equalize the GID 1 -64 Assessment <br /> Roll ordered filed . One verified application for reduction <br /> of assessment was reported by City Clerk to have been received , <br /> from Rrichard J . and Sandra L . Smith , 574 Keelson Circle , <br /> filed July 1 , 1972 , <br /> City Controller informed Council that if an applicant or his <br /> representative filing a protest does not present his case in <br /> person , then there is no protest . It was noted at this point <br /> in the meeting that Mr . Smith was not present . City Controller <br /> stated that notice had been sent to the applicant , and City <br /> Attorney asked that the record so indicate . <br /> There being no further discussion nor written communications , <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to declare the GID 1 --64 Assessment <br /> Roll correct as submitted , seconded by Councilman Williams . <br /> Bd . of Equal . <br /> GID 1 -64 <br /> 7/18/72 <br />
