City Manger ' s written <br /> recommendation for requesting authorization for entering into <br /> agreement with Williams -Kuebelbeck & Associates , Inc . , for an <br /> e conomic evaluation of Redwood Shores was submitted to Ccu ncil . <br /> Councilman Norris requested that as much detail as possible be <br /> quoted from the staff report for the interested residents of <br /> Redwood Shores who were present in the audience . City Manager <br /> commented on the preliminary work leading up to this recommendation <br /> and proceeded to outline the phased analysis and review which <br /> w ill be necessary in order to evaluate proposals of any future <br /> possible developers of the area in question . The completion <br /> o f Phases No . 1 and 2 would be completed within thirty to forty-five <br /> days at a cost of not to exceed $8 , 000 . 00 .
