174 <br /> Highways portion of GID 1 -64 Budget . City Attorney reported that <br /> subsequent to preparation of the agenda , City Manager also recommend- <br /> ed combined project of fencing and landscaping . <br /> Councilman Henderson questioned why plans and specifications for <br /> similar projects in previous Redwood Shores subdivisions could not <br /> be used . Director of Public Works indicated that specifications <br /> and plan details are reusable , but because of local contours and <br /> topography , they have to be specifically designed . It was de - <br /> termined that this project would complete the fencing under the <br /> City ' s responsibility for the whole area . <br /> Councilman Norris moved to authorize preparation of plans and specifi - <br /> cations for Parkway Fencing and Landscaping, Marlin Subdivision <br /> No . 2 , GID 1 -64 , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . <br /> (MINUTE ORDER #72 - 173 ) <br /> Councilman Henderson noted that the report indicated the fencing <br /> was required under guidelines for the District , and expressed <br /> the hope that in re -examination of commitment to the project , <br /> the question of these present guidelines would also be re -examined <br /> and that Staff ' s attention be directed to that question . <br /> (Memo 9/19/72 ) <br /> Proposed regulations for massage establishments . <br /> Detailed report by Chief of Police explaining the need for regu- <br /> latory ordinance relating to operation of massage establishments <br /> had been submitted to Council . Ordinance Review Committee recommended <br /> approval . Councilman Weymouth , Chairman of the Ordinance Review <br /> Committee , commented briefly on their meeting with members of the <br /> Police Department , City Attorney and other staff members , and the <br /> result was agreement that such an ordinance should be proposed for <br /> introduction at this meeting . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to introduce Ordinance adding Chapter 18A to <br /> the Code of the City of Redwood City , relating to the regulation <br /> of massage establishments and massage technicians , seconded by <br /> Councilman Williams and carried . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6803 APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR VEHICULAR PARKING <br /> PURPOSES ON CERTAIN CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY, seconded by Council- <br /> man Rhodes . <br /> 9/18/72 <br /> Reg .
