175 City Manager ' s report to Council of September 7 , 1972 , detailed request of Pacific Western Contractors , Inc . , for rental of 12 parking spaces on the Bradford Street parking lot for a period of one year at a rate of $7 . 00 per space per month . Since Council had approved the increase of fees for these permits to $7 . 00 , it was recommended a revocable permit be issued to cover the requested parking spaces on this permit fee basis . Motion carried on roll call vote . CONSENT CALENDAR : (a ) Councilman Henderson moved to adopt ORDINANCE NO , 1130 . 145 ADDING SECTION 2 . 90 AND ARTICLE 35 TO ORDINANCE NO , 1130 , THE ZONING ORDIN- ANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO SERVICE STATIONS , seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried on roll call vote , Council- man Leipzig abstaining , having been absent from the public hearing, and Councilman Weymouth voting no . (b ) Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt ORDINANCE NO . 15 .7 AMENDING SECTION 20 . 150 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PARKING METER PERMIT FEES , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried on roll call vote , Councilman Williams voting no . ( c ) Adoption of ORDINANCE NO , 1548 AMENDING SECTIONS 2 . 20 AND 2 . 23 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION . Above given Ordinances were introduced at meeting of September 11 , 1972 , and affidavits of publication were on file . ( d ) Adoption of RESOLUTION NO . 6804 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH SAN MATEO JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT RELATING TO A TRANSIT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS STUDY FOR CANADA CAMPUS . Agreement provided funding by Canada College to the extent of one -half the deficit of any operation of the experimental bus service to Canada College . The action further implemented bus service to the College , as approved by Council at meeting of September 11 , 1972 . ( e ) DAMAGE CLAIMS : ( 1 ) Allen Simms , Jr . , 1116 Hollyburne , East Menlo Park , for property damage allegedly resulting from City supervised recreational activities ; ( Council action would deny the claim and refer to insurance company . ) (MINUTE ORDER #72 -174) (2 ) Peter John Ricci and Jeanette Ricci , for personal injuries allegedly caused by unlawful arrest ; ( Council action would deny the 9/i8/72 Reg .
