Councilman Rhodes suggested , in view of the amount of vandalism and misuse of public facilities , that someone should be dele - gated to receive this type of complaint for investigation , or referral . Mayor Keckley advised that in this particular case , the situation had been thoroughly checked and responded to . Councilman Henderson , with respect to Councilman Rhodes ' suggestion , noted that Staff had previously been requested to report to Council on the question of dealing with vandalism , and assumed when that report is made there would be recommendations as to appropriate methods . 2 . Telegram from County Manager informing cities in County that tax rate reductions will be considered in anticipation of adoption of Federal Revenue Sharing Bill if formal notification be given to County no later than noon , Wednesday , September 20 , 1972 .
