206 <br /> Council action on October 2 , 1972 ) . <br /> ACCOUNTS PAYABLE , Nos . 93088 to 93207 , inclusive , totaling <br /> $ 151 , 003 . 05 , dated October 23 , 1972 ( authorized for payment by <br /> Council action on October 2 , 1972 ) , <br /> ACCOUNTS PAYABLE , Nos . 93208 to 93303 , inclusive , totaling <br /> $24 , 732 . 51 , dated October 30 , 1972 , ( Council action would <br /> approve accounts for payment by the City . ) <br /> Councilman Henderson brought to the attention of Council the ABAG <br /> General Assembly on November 10 , 1972 , noting that she was attend- <br /> ing as Delegate , and Councilman Norris as Alternate Delegate , and <br /> urged that Council members attend . <br /> Councilman Rhodes reported briefly on a tour taken by Councilman <br /> Williams and himself , of the Pillar Point Harbor at El Granada . <br /> Councilman Henderson added that she believed Staff had received copy <br /> of a report made by LAFCo on the Harbor District , reviewing some of <br /> the financial ramifications to the County of the proposed project . <br /> She felt there was a need to seriously study this , because it <br /> offered a rather substantial tax bill to be paid by taxpayers of <br /> Redwood City . She asked that Staff report back to Council after <br /> review of the report , so that Council would have an opportunity to <br /> see whether to make any recommendations with regard to questions <br /> posed in the report . (Memo 10/31/72 ) <br /> Councilman Norris moved to approve CONSENT CALENDAR , Items ( a ) <br /> thrugh ( c ) , seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried on roll call <br /> vote , Councilman Williams being noted absent . <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> ( a ) WRITTEN - Copies submitted to Council . <br /> 1 , California Regional Water Quality Control Board transmittal of <br /> revised Tentative Monitoring Program , Redwood Shores Sewage <br /> Treatment Facility , and requesting submittal of agreement <br /> within 5 days of date of their letter . ( Copy of Staff response <br /> was forwarded to Council . ) <br /> 2 , Community Education Center , expressing thanks for support of <br /> their program , and submitting financial statements for past <br /> year , as well as 1972 --73 Budget . <br /> 3 .
