Mary Louise Johnson , 166 Dumbarton Avenue , #3 , advised her previous address had been 1?5 Northumberland Ave . , and that she had been among the tenants on Northumberland who had been given notice to vacate . She stated that since then, everyone else had been paid for the relocation except her - self , and wanted to know why . City Attorney indicated he had no knowledge of this new information and suggested that the complaint be routed to the Controller ' s office . He noted the fund had been set up by the property owner for administra- tion by the City . Mayor Keckley advised that the information would be conveyed to the Controller for investigation . Councilman Henderson asked that Staff report back to Council so that they would be informed on the matter . Dave Ransom , 590 Chestnut Street , #6 , spoke on the subject of a police incident reported by the press that evening . Mayor Keckley placed into nomination to the Civic Cultural Commission the name of Annette Howitt , and indicated a biographical sketch would be submitted . Councilman Leipzig placed into nomination to the Architectural Committee the name of Louis Masarie . Councilman Norris nominated Henry Beeger for reappointment as City ' s representative to the San Mateo County Mosquito Abatement District . Councilman Henderson moved to adjourn to Adjourned Regular Meeting ( Executive Session) , Tuesday , December 5 , 1972 , 5 :00 p . m . , City Manager ' s office , for discussion regarding labor negotiations , and by adoption of RESOLUTION NO . 6841 COMMEMORATING THE MEMORY OF GLENN SMITH, seconded by Councilman Norris and carried on roll call vote , Councilmen Weymouth and Williams being noted absent .
