M1 _ 2 9 9 Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meeting Executive Session December 5 , 1972 5 : 00 P . M. City Manager ' s Office Meeting called to order by Mayor Keckley . ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present : Councilmen Mary W . Henderson , Marguerite Leipzig , William C . Rhodes , Ray A . Weymouth and Mayor Paul C . Keckley . Councilmen James S . Williams ( entered the meeting at 5 : 15 P . M . ) and Robert E . Norris were noted absent . Also noted present were City Manager James M . Fales , City Attorney David E . Schricker ( entered the meeting at 5 : 15 P .M . ) Assistant City Manager James Me Smith , Personnel Director Michael Brock , Richard Bolton , representing City ' s labor representative , Industrial Employers and Distributors association , and City Clerk Marian McCrindle . Since purpose of the meeting was stated to be the discussion of employer-employee labor negotiations with the negotiating team , Councilman Rhodes moved to adjourn to Executive Session , seconded by. Councilman Henderson and carried . City Clerk was excused from the meeting for the discussion period . Councilman Weymouth moved to adjourn Executive Session and reconvene to Adjourned Regular Meeting at 6 :41 P . M . , seconded by Councilman Williams and carried . Adjourned Regular Meeting thereafter adjourned to an Adjourned Regular Meeting , Wednesday , December 6 , 1972 , 7 : 30 P . Q . , Veterans Memorial Building , 1455 Madison Avenue , for public hearing on proposed El Camino Real Channelization and traffic signal modification project , on motion of Councilman Weymouth , seconded by Council - man Leipzig , and carried .
