(MINUTE <br /> ORDER #72 -34) <br /> On invitation from Vice Mayor Keckley , Councilman Williams read a prepared <br /> statement concerning his position opposing the recent hiring of an <br /> individual as staff aide to Redwood City Housing Concerns Committee , <br /> and to inform the public that Council as a body did not vote for the <br /> appointment . Councilman Petersen advised that he was a member of the <br /> Committee that selected this employee , and that he had voted against <br /> the appointment , <br /> To preclude further discussion of the matter , City Attorney cautioned <br /> Council that it had adopted a procedure which governed such matters , <br /> which was set out in Resolution No . 4585 , <br /> Vice Mayor Keckley ordered adjournment at 9 :40 P .
