87 COMMUNITY PROGRESS REPORT . City Manager informed Council the presentation would be very brief , and that he had spoken with representatives of both Leslie Properties and DMJM, who indicated there was very little activity and that he would therefore report for them . Developer reported that since the last report , ten additional new single-family dwellings under construction . First move -in occurred in Marlin #1 of the Lyons development . First move-ins in American Housing at Dolphin #1 to occur by end of the month . Levitt and Sons proceeding with working drawings , and expect to break ground in early June . From the aspect of the District Engineers , he noted that acceptance of Bridge Parkway Bridge was on agenda for consideration , and that the project came in four days ahead of schedule at cost of $ 1 , 088 , 000 . Water contact ban in interior waterways at Shores has been lifted . No new construction has been started in Public Works in Redwood Shores . Dolphin Subdivision is being completed , and will be ready for Council consideration April 12 . With reference to community progress , Steering Committee which was created to make recommendations for a Cultural Commission has been working with Vice- Mayor Keckley and City Manager , and has completed work . A statement is being prepared which will accompany proposed ordinance when presented to Council . These will be submitted to Council a week prior to scheduling for action, to permit Council review . Woodside Road median landscaping : Meeting has been set for April 12 with the State officials who have authority to set policy for landscaping the medians . SCSP status : Every effort is being made to complete the project as quickly as possible , Submarine Outfall section is complete . Pump stations at both Redwood City and San Carlos are completed and operable . There were some problems in transport line and they are working with the contractor to expedite . At next meeting with the Authority there will be a detailed construction status report and this will be made available to Council . Forty-Niners practice field : Report had been sent to Council of meetings held with management representatives of the Forty-Niners , and this will be on Council agenda of April 12 for discussion and consideration as to whether to proceed with participating type agreement . This refers to refurbishing practice field on a shared-cost basis . On March 26th the United California Bank broke ground for their new facility . A substantial water main E failure occurred at Middlefield and Pine and the exact cause is being in- vestigated . When costs have been determined to put back in service , a precise report will be made to Council . This concluded the report and questions by Council were invited .
