104 <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6488 APPOINTING WARKENTIN SCHROETER <br /> CITY MANAGER PRO TEMPORE , AND , IN THE EVENT OF HIS ABSENCE OR DISABILITY, APPOINTING <br /> CHARLES GYSELBRECHT CITY MANAGER PRO TEMPORE, DURING VACANCY OF OFFICE OF CITY <br /> MANAGER , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried on roll call vote , <br /> Councilman Weymouth being noted absent . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to introduce Ordinance Providing for the Temporary <br /> Suspension of the Provisions of Section 2 , 24 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City relating to the issuance and signatures of checks and warrants <br /> drawn on City funds , and establishing interim authority of certain officials <br /> herein designated to sign warrants and checks , and authorizing the use of <br /> facsimile signatures in connection therewith , seconded by Councilman Rhodes <br /> and carried on roll call vote , Councilman Weymouth being noted absent . <br /> At 9 :45 P . M . , meeting was adjourned to Executive Session at request of Mayor <br /> Bury to discuss matters of litigation , on motion of Councilman Henderson , <br /> seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried . <br /> Regular Meeting reconvened at 10 : 20 P .
