It was recommended this be referred to Transportation Committee . Council- man Henderson felt that " occasional service " to the College would be an interesting subject for consideration , It was noted by Mayor Bury that Staff had responded to the inquiry, and asked that the letter and response be reviewed by the Transportation Committee . Councilman Keckley moved to approve communications and recommendations , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71-73 ) City Manager advised that he had received inquiry from the League of California Cities as to how many Councilmen plan to attend the Legislative Institute L _ May 10 , 11 , and 12 , 1971 , and it was determined two Councilmen only will attend ( Councilmen Henderson and Rhodes ) . Councilman Petersen reported that the San Francisco Water Department Board had decided to give a review to San Mateo County on the General Plan for watershed lands . There will be two committees , one to screen applicants to determine who is to be awarded the contract , and the other a review committee for the Master Plan for the watershed lands .
