138 <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to approve , as mailed , Minutes of Regular Meeting of <br /> May 3 , 1971 ; Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meeting (Budget Session) of May 5 , <br /> 1971 , with correction to Account 420 , Direct Salaries , and Minutes of <br /> Adjourned Regular Meeting (Budget Session ) of May 6 , 1971 , with correction <br /> changing Account 469 to Account 468 , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and <br /> carried . <br /> ROLL CALL was taken of the students in the Government Affairs Program with <br /> the following present : Brad Bosch , John Beyer , Patty Kehl , Jerry Lindley , <br /> Steve MacKenzie , Mike Nisley , Bob Parsons , and Leslie Twietmeyer . <br /> Request of ANDMAT COMPANY for City ' s consent for the annexation of Lot 10 and <br /> portion of Lot 11 , Block 23 , Oak Knoll Manor Subdivision to the Oak Knoll <br /> Sewer Maintenance District . Staff had been advised that San Mateo County <br /> Planning Commission had scheduled a field trip to review the area involved <br /> in the proposed annexation . Staff considered Council action would be premature <br /> until such time as San Mateo County Planning Commission had taken a position <br /> on the development possibilities . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to continue the matter , pending report of action of <br /> the San Mateo County Planning Commission , seconded by Councilman Petersen <br /> and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71-79 ) <br /> City Attorney advised that he had been in contact with attorney for the <br /> Company , and it appeared likely the item would be ready for the agenda <br /> next week. (May 17 , 1971 ) . <br /> Request of John Bulcock , 958 Upland Road , for an outside sewer connection <br /> permit . Request had followed a "Notice to Abate Nuisance " issued by the <br /> San Mateo County Department of Public Health , and investigation by Staff <br /> was conducted . City Manager pro tem indicated that conclusion of Staff was <br /> the request was the best possible solution and they recommended the connection <br /> be authorized , subject to compliance with a number of conditions contained <br /> in report to Council . ( For full text , see City Clerk ' s file - Agreements ) <br /> Councilman Petersen moved to direct Staff to prepare proper documents , in- -- <br /> corporating recommendations , seconded by Councilman Keckley . Councilman <br /> Weymouth inquired whether applicant was agreeable to the conditions . <br /> Mr . Charles Randlett , 680 Marshall Court , <br /> advised that the applicant was his client , <br /> and was agreeable to the conditions . <br /> Motion carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71-80 ) <br />
