138 Councilman Keckley moved to approve , as mailed , Minutes of Regular Meeting of May 3 , 1971 ; Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meeting (Budget Session) of May 5 , 1971 , with correction to Account 420 , Direct Salaries , and Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meeting (Budget Session ) of May 6 , 1971 , with correction changing Account 469 to Account 468 , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . ROLL CALL was taken of the students in the Government Affairs Program with the following present : Brad Bosch , John Beyer , Patty Kehl , Jerry Lindley , Steve MacKenzie , Mike Nisley , Bob Parsons , and Leslie Twietmeyer . Request of ANDMAT COMPANY for City ' s consent for the annexation of Lot 10 and portion of Lot 11 , Block 23 , Oak Knoll Manor Subdivision to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District . Staff had been advised that San Mateo County Planning Commission had scheduled a field trip to review the area involved in the proposed annexation . Staff considered Council action would be premature until such time as San Mateo County Planning Commission had taken a position on the development possibilities . Councilman Weymouth moved to continue the matter , pending report of action of the San Mateo County Planning Commission , seconded by Councilman Petersen and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71-79 ) City Attorney advised that he had been in contact with attorney for the Company , and it appeared likely the item would be ready for the agenda next week. (May 17 , 1971 ) . Request of John Bulcock , 958 Upland Road , for an outside sewer connection permit . Request had followed a "Notice to Abate Nuisance " issued by the San Mateo County Department of Public Health , and investigation by Staff was conducted . City Manager pro tem indicated that conclusion of Staff was the request was the best possible solution and they recommended the connection be authorized , subject to compliance with a number of conditions contained in report to Council . ( For full text , see City Clerk ' s file - Agreements ) Councilman Petersen moved to direct Staff to prepare proper documents , in- -- corporating recommendations , seconded by Councilman Keckley . Councilman Weymouth inquired whether applicant was agreeable to the conditions . Mr . Charles Randlett , 680 Marshall Court , advised that the applicant was his client , and was agreeable to the conditions . Motion carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71-80 )
