Reid Gustafson , Director of Development , Stanley C . Swartz <br /> Company , <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to continue the Public Hearing to June 7 , 1971 , as <br /> requested , seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried , with admonition by <br /> Mayor Bury there would be no additional formal notice of the scheduled hearing . <br /> (MINUTE ORDER #71-95) <br /> Mayor Bury advised that at the conclusion of the regular meeting , Council would <br /> adjourn to Executive Session under provisions of the Brown Act , for discussion <br /> of matters of litigation . <br /> Roll call was taken of the Government Affairs Program students , with the following <br /> noted present : Brad Bosch , John Beyer , Patty Kehl , Jerry Lindley, Steve <br /> MacKenzie , Mike Nisley , Bob Parsons and Leslie Twietmeyer . It was noted this <br /> was the last meeting with Council for this particular group of counterparts , <br /> and Mayor Bury offered encouragement for their continued participation in <br /> civic affairs , <br /> PUBLIC HEARING, Resolution of Intention of the Planning Commission to initiate <br /> proceedings to amend Ordinance No . 1130 , theRedwood City Zoning Ordinance , <br /> relating to open space requirements in residential districts , declared open <br /> and affidavit of publication ordered filed . Staff report indicated that <br /> following a public hearing , the Planning Commission had unanimously recommended <br /> that Council approve the proposed amendments as being in the best interests <br /> of the City as a whole . Report had been submitted to Council . <br />
