161 Application of WILLIAM and ANITA MOLLOY for exception to the Subdivision Ordinance to allow subdivision of two parcels into three parcels , 553 Lancaster Way , being Lot 25 , Block 1 , Oak Ridge Subdivision , in an "R-l " (Residential-Single Family ) District . On May 11 , 1971 , Planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval of the proposed subdivision which would result in one lot having 5 , 952 square feet, rather than the minimum 6 , 000 square feet required . Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6513 GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - WILLIAM AND ANITA MOLLOY AND JAMES B . AND HELEN M. MC KENNA, JR . , seconded by Councilman Keckley . Councilman Henderson felt this was another case of increasing density without commensurate increase in assessed valuation to offset increased costs of services for police and fire protection, street, sewer and other maintenance , etc . Councilman Williams expressed the belief the exception was minor and denial of the application would be prejudicial against the owners . Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilman Henderson voting no . Resolution approving and authorizing execution of agreement between Redwood Food Packing Company ( formerly S & W Fine Food Products) for extraordinary sewage treatment services , for a three-year term commencing July 1971 . Councilman Henderson felt the item should be held over to permit Council to review the three -year agreement , citing recent fish kills in the Harbor, and made the motion to continue the item to June 7 , 1971 , seconded by Councilman Keckley . There was no response to Mayor Bury ' s invitation for a representative of the firm to speak on the matter . Councilman Petersen asked that Staff also include data on total sewage disposal by the company, noting monitoring devices required by this company and that it was important to know if monitoring equipment was still required . Mayor Bury also questioned the timing of renewal of the agreement being just immediately prior to the processing season . He asked that cost factors be included in the report . Motion carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71- 96) Resolution approving and authorizing execution of agreement with Loomis Armored Car for parking meter collections , fiscal year 1971-1972 . Present agreement would expire June 30 , 1971 , and Company had requested renewal on an annual basis , rather than a 3 -year contract , due to increasing costs .
