California Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding facilities provided under State and Federal Construction Grants , Recommendation : Refer to Councilman Weymouth , representative to SCSP . 5 . Redwood City Halfway House appealing for funds to assist in their operation which runs entirely on voluntary contributions from the community at large . Councilman Henderson felt the matter should be given consideration in Budget hearing at meeting of June 14 . It was noted that the facility is in County jurisdiction . Councilman Henderson moved the letter be referred to Staff for legal recommendation, for consideration at next meeting (Agenda June 14) , seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried , 6 . Copies of Resolutions adopted by the City of Belmont opposing Senate Bill No . 190 relating to regulation of CATV companies and Assembly Bill No . 52 concerning dedication of land and payment therefor . Recommendation : Refer to Legislative Committee , 7 . D . D . Meacham , 206 Frances Lane , urging replacement of sewer grates hazardous to bicycle riders ( referring to one such grate on Alameda. de las Pulgas close to the driveway entrance to Sequoia Hospital ) , Mayor Bury indicated he would respond .
