Upon request of City Attorney, City Clerk administered oath covering testimony of all <br /> those presenting evidence thus far , and any which was yet to be presented . He also <br /> requested the written statement of Marshall & Stevens , Inc . , dated July 19 , 1971 , and <br /> the Assessor ' s Recommendation for Adjustment of Assessed Values , pages 1 to 3 , be <br /> entered into the record . ( For full text , see City Clerk ' s file a Board of Equaliza- <br /> tion . ) <br /> Mr . Yuen further explained that so far there had been very little experience on which <br /> to make an estimate or judgment , but in later stages should experience dictate that <br /> there is a differential of $500 , this should be taken into consideration the follow- <br /> ing year . <br /> On the basis of information submitted by the District Engineer and Marshall & Stevens , <br /> Inc . , Councilman Weymouth moved to declare the assessment roll for GID l-64 equalized <br /> as amended , seconded by Councilman Williams . In response to question by Vice -»Mayor <br /> Keckley City Controller stated his recommendation was to accept the adjustments as <br /> submitted to Council . Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilmen Henderson , <br /> Petersen and Mayor Bury being noted absent . ( MINUTE ORDER #71--133 ) <br /> Councilman Williams moved to adjourn the meeting , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and <br /> carried . Petersen and Mayor <br /> Robert H . Bury were noted absent . Also noted present were City Manager pro tem <br /> Charles Gyselbrecht , City Attorney David E . Schricker , Police Chief John R . <br /> McDonald , Jr . , Fire Chief John Keller , City Controller Jack Ference , City <br /> Trearurer-Collector Harriet Drivon , Park Superintendent Pasco Balzarini , Planner <br /> III Speer McClellan , and Deputy City Clerk Frances I .
