Upon request of City Attorney, City Clerk administered oath covering testimony of all those presenting evidence thus far , and any which was yet to be presented . He also requested the written statement of Marshall & Stevens , Inc . , dated July 19 , 1971 , and the Assessor ' s Recommendation for Adjustment of Assessed Values , pages 1 to 3 , be entered into the record . ( For full text , see City Clerk ' s file a Board of Equaliza- tion . ) Mr . Yuen further explained that so far there had been very little experience on which to make an estimate or judgment , but in later stages should experience dictate that there is a differential of $500 , this should be taken into consideration the follow- ing year . On the basis of information submitted by the District Engineer and Marshall & Stevens , Inc . , Councilman Weymouth moved to declare the assessment roll for GID l-64 equalized as amended , seconded by Councilman Williams . In response to question by Vice -»Mayor Keckley City Controller stated his recommendation was to accept the adjustments as submitted to Council . Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilmen Henderson , Petersen and Mayor Bury being noted absent .
