236 <br /> Vice-Mayor Keckley noted that Mr . James Reiter , Project Manager of DMJM, was <br /> present and wished to make an announcement . <br /> Mr . Reiter displayed an award which had been <br /> presented a few days ago by Portland Cement <br /> Association to the designer engineer (DMJM) <br /> of the Redwood Shores bridge overcrossing . <br /> He stated there were many besides DMJM who <br /> deserved recognition and gave due credit to <br /> the Redwood City Architectural Review Com- <br /> mittee , the City Council and Staff members <br /> who had reviewed the plans thoroughly . James M .
