244 and Mayor Bury indicated that in the event of another informational meeting , PG&E would be asked to have a representative present . With regard to question as to when a decision would be made , City Manager indicated that establishment of plan lines within the confines of the project would be involved , and that this should go before the Planning Commission first , then before Council for adoption , Final decision would be made after public hearings . There was additional discussion concerning traffic problems , particularly one intersection where children must cross trying to get to school , and complaint concerning traffic enforcement at Harding and Alameda , which it was indicated would be investigated , Councilman Keckley moved to instruct the Planning Commission to commence procedures to set Plan Line recommendations for the Council , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried , Councilman Rhodes voting no . (MINUTE ORDER #71-148 ) Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Rhodes , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . Meeting adjourned at 10 : 20 P . M .
