City Manager advised <br /> that Park Department had been requested to prepare plans , and that before the <br /> matter could be considered by Council it would be necessary to prepare a linear <br /> diagram to show what would be landscaped , to arrive at a cost estimate , as well <br /> as to determine exactly where trees were to be planted in the right of way . As <br /> soon as he had those answers , the proposal would be brought to Council .
