Kerwin into nomination to be <br /> considered for appointment to the Planning Commission . <br /> Councilman Williams entered the name of Charles Moody into nomination to be <br /> considered for reappointment to the Planning Commission . <br /> Mayor Bury advised that Bernard Nobler , whose term on the Planning Commission <br /> was expiring, had indicated that due to other commitments he would not be able <br /> to consider reappointment . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to close nominations for appointment to the Planning <br /> Commission, and to hold nominations open until September 13 for the Cultural <br /> Commission, seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried .
