(MINUTE ORDER #71 -18) <br /> Councilman Henderson also reported , with reference to SB 107 , that she <br /> received a copy of the Bill today and a quick inspection appears to indicate <br /> that the legislation required that specified areas be spelled out within a <br /> certain period . The boundaries should be detailed within a year, and shall <br /> include an average of not more than 320 acres per mile on both sides of the <br /> river . Councilman Henderson suggested that in communicating City ' s support <br /> of the Bill to the authors , and to Senator Gregorio and Assemblyman Arnett , <br /> the point should be made that legislation should include this and cover it <br /> specifically .
