LI 0 Councilman Henderson requested Council ' s permission to attend League of California Cities Community Development Committee meeting in Sacramento on February 19 . She has received notice of her appointment as Vice -Chairman of the Committee and anticipates it will be necessary to attend several of these meetings during the year . Councilman Weymouth moved that Councilman Henderson be authorized to attend the meeting of the League of California Cities Community Development Committee in Sacramento on February 19 , seconded by Councilman Rhodes , and carried . (MINUTE ORDER #71 -22 ) Councilman Weymouth moved to adjourn , seconded by Councilman Henderson , and carried . Meeting adjourned at 8 :43 P . M . Frances I . Weymouth , Mayor Robert H . Bury , and Acting City Clerk Frances I . Reggetts . Also noted present were City Manager Howard C . Ulirich , City Attorney David E. Schricker , Police Chief John R . McDonald , Jr . , Fire Chief John Keller , City Auditor-Accountant Jack Ference , City Treasurer-Collector Harriet Drivon , Chief Building Official Charles Gyselbrecht , Planning Director Ken Schroeter , Construction Engineer William T . Martin , Personnel Analyst Mike Brock , and Acting Secretary Evelyn Styler . Councilman Keckley moved to approve , as mailed , Minutes of Regular Meeting of January 25 , 1971 , seconded by Councilman Henderson , and carried . Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6450 APPOINTING JAMES S . WILLIAMS TO THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, seconded by Councilman Keckley , and carried on roll call vote . Oath of Office was administered by Acting City Clerk , after which Mayor Bury congratulated and welcomed Councilman Williams on behalf of the community and the Council . Roll was called of Council as now constituted as follows : Councilmen Mary W. Henderson , Paul C . Keckley , Herbert G . Petersen , William C . Rhodes , Ray A . Weymouth , James S . Williams , and Mayor Robert H . Bury .
