Henderson , <br /> Paul C . Keckley , Herbert G . Petersen , William C . Rhodes , Ray A . Weymouth , <br /> James S . Williams , Mayor Robert H . Bury , and City Clerk Marian McCrindle . <br /> Also noted present were City Manager Howard C . Ulirich , City Attorney <br /> David E. Schricker , Planning Director Ken Schroeter , Police Chief John R . <br /> McDonald , Jr . , Fire Chief John Keller , City Auditor-Accountant Jack Ference , <br /> City Treasurer- Collector Harriet Drivon , Superintendent of Buildings and <br /> Maintenance Melvin I . Moen , Deputy Director of Public Works William T . <br /> Martin , Chief Building Official Charles Gyselbrecht , and Deputy City Clerk <br /> Frances I . Reggetts . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to approve , as mailed , Minutes of Regular Meeting <br /> of February 22 , 1971 , and Minutes of Executive Session of February 22 , 1971 , <br /> seconded by Councilman Rhodes , and carried on roll call vote , Councilman <br /> Keckley and Petersen abstaining on the basis of absence from those meetings . <br /> Councilman Henderson moved to approve Minutes of Special Meeting of <br /> February 25 , 1971 , seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried on roll call <br /> vote , Councilmen Weymouth and Williams abstaining , not being present at the <br /> meeting . <br /> Government Affairs Program students noted present on roll call were as follows : <br /> Leroy Deal , Jim McDonald , Greg Patrick and Raphael Rodriguez . Noted absent <br /> were Tony Casassa , Ron Haverland and Tom McFatridge . <br /> COMMUNITY PROGRESS REPORT , <br /> Redwood Shores . City Manager indicated that Mr . James Reiter , of DMJM, would <br /> report on District activities , and Mr . Charles Wynn was also present , <br /> representing Leslie Properties . <br /> Mr . Reiter reported that weatherwise , the month was <br /> good . Marlin Subdivision #1 was complete , and hook-up <br /> at the pump station was to start the next day . Marlin <br /> Subdivision #2 was complete , except for connection to <br /> Peninsula Parkway . He also noted a small change order <br /> to make adjustments to the water line attached to the <br /> Bridge and that this work expected to be complete before <br /> the next monthly report . Work also noted on the levees . <br /> Budget review proceeding with City Auditor . Report on <br /> sewage pump station is under way and almost complete . <br />
